Making quality physical therapy and wellness accessible.

We are here to get to the ROOT of the problem rather than keep just treating the symptoms

Roots Physical Therapy and Wellness was created as a response to a need in our community.

The “healthcare” system in this country does little to help prevent injury or dysfunction but is designed as a “sick-care” system to step in after a disease or dysfunction has progressed to become a problem.

We at Roots Physical Therapy and Wellness want to teach you what you can do to remedy dysfunction, prevent injury and illness, and maximize your health before it becomes an emergent and/or costly issue.

We take the time to evaluate how your whole body is moving, not just one joint, so we can find underlying cause of your symptoms and prevent future dysfunction.

We can tell you about ourselves all day, but we know that you want to hear it from someone who has experienced the Roots PT difference. Click the button below to see our Google reviews and leave one so others can know the difference that true caring makes.

Valuing Diversity

At Roots Physical Therapy and Wellness we are committed to treating you as an individual with all of your unique experiences and qualities. We offer PT and wellness services to ALL bodies without judgement. We are proud to be a welcoming environment to facilitate healing regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, body size, ability differences, or anything else that makes you, YOU!

Filling the healthcare access gap

We understand that there are still a lot of people in this country who cannot afford insurance even if they have a job, or who may have a high deductible and the up-front cost is prohibitive to accessing care. We provide individualized, patient-centered Physical Therapy Evaluation and Treatment as well as wellness services for individuals at reasonable cash-based rates to help fill this gap. If you are in hardship, please ask about payment options.

Dr. Gailes is not a participating Medicare provider and does not take Medicare. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, Dr. Gailes can see you as a WELLNESS visit ONLY.
